My submission for the Splice contest.

In completing this, I've done a couple of things I always wanted to: enter a DA contest and make one of those awsome reference sheets.

This contest was right up my alley. I've always considered myself a concept artist overall and love to design new things based around my studies of animals. This gave me an opportunity to put my ability to the test and it was great fun. It's been a while since I've made any personal art, and I enjoyed this tremendously! I may make more sheets like this in the future!

5 days of work, mechanical pencil, and Photoshop elements version 5.

Me to. I think of my drawings almost like my offspring. Imagining what living as them would be like, to me, helps in making their appearance and behavior more beleivable
